Highview Power featured in Financial Times with article that focuses on the company’s next capital raise.
Harry Dempsey from the The Financial Times recently sat down with Highview Power CEO, Rupert Pearce, to talk about the company’s plans for our next capital raise.
“We’re looking for £400mn to take us through the next phase,” said Rupert with £250mn to build a utility-scale renewable energy power station at Carrington near Manchester that will launch in 2024.
The remaining £150mn will go toward engineering for the company’s other sites, four to begin with, twenty in all, that will reduce the UK’s reliance on expensive gas and further the UK’s net zero goals.
